Specifically we are after FLASH developers to join the team for both short and long term positions. You’ll have some or all of the following:

Mandatory:
• 3+ years experience in Actionscript 2.0 and 3.0 integrated with server-side web applications and CMS
• Experienced in implementing OOP concepts
• Developing data-driven applications
• Outstanding problem solving skills
• Source Control
• An eye for detail when implementing designs

Desirable:
• Papervision experience
• Available to work in-house
• PHP/MySQL experience
• Flash 10 experience / experimenting
• A passion for bleeding-edge / creative technology

PROJECT MANAGER

Boffswana is looking for great Project Managers to join their team.

You’ll have some or all of the following:

Requirements:
* Solid professional work experience as a Digital Project Manager
* Ability to ensure the synergy between what all parties expect and what is delivered
* Facilitate accurate project budget estimation
* Creation and management of project plans reflecting realistic and accurate deliverables
* Resource planning and scheduling for projects
* Conduct work in progress project status meetings and related reporting
* Track and report actual time versus estimated time versus percentage complete
* Track and report actual costs versus estimated costs
* Identification, documentation and management of project risks, issues, change requests
* Delivery of milestones and final project to the agreed time frames
* Delivery of projects to the agreed budgets
* Training in Prince 2, PMBOK or other Project Management Methodologies is preferable
* A passion for bleeding-edge / creative technology

Skills:
* Attention to detail and an analytical approach
* An understanding of business process and systems
* Excellent customer service, communication and organisation skills
* Excellent time management and organisational skills
* People management
* Team oriented

Experience:
* Professional Project Management experience within a) The IT industry in custom software development or b) Interactive / web development projects
* Previous experience working in a client facing role
* Advertising industry experience is desirable
